QC Pro Solutions, a newly formed quality control company for the ready mix construction industry with an expansion strategy for the asphalt and aggregate industry, needed to establish a web presence. Although they wanted to create brand consistency and provide clients and prospects with leading industry information, they also wanted to:
- create an environment for members to easily access the knowledge bank, quality control software and offerings
- achieve unsurpassed accuracy by replacing manual calculations with the industry’s first non-proprietary software
- educate on the importance of and challenges associated with the ready mix construction industry
- serve as a virtual resource center by providing tools and methodologies

Net56 developers built a highly sophisticated web based application architected with future expansion in mind allowing for additional sections and subsections, drop down menus, scrolling text boxes, and the future addition of the membership knowledge bank: a collection of documents and information searchable by industry, product, specifications.
Net56 designers established creative branding with a high tech look & feel to generate a strong company identity and web presence. Access to the quality control software and offerings was made possible through a permission based membership secure login, ensuring all data remains confidential and is protected and private, accessed only by the appropriate member.

By centralizing resources, the company has ensured brand integrity, facilitated easy access of quality control software and the knowledge bank - substantially lowering their operating costs. Subsequently this has lowered their cost of member acquisition. Customer Service is much improved as all members/clients now access the software from the same location. Prior to the development of www.qcprosolutions.com each member had their own URL and login area for accessing the quality control software. If a client called, QC pro had to research the URL pertaining to that client and update each URL. With one streamlined site, time saved translates into cost saving, as members and resources can be managed with a mouse click, extending QC Pro’s effectiveness.
Substantial back end reporting tools and processes have created detailed metrics allowing management to determine efficiencies and calculate return on the marketing investment, and the three-tier architecture and methodology will allow for easy and immediate site/ company expansion in the future with no redesign necessary.
An added benefit to the site is the rotating advertisement space on the homepage, allowing for a future revenue stream when members opt to advertise for a fee.
