11 steps to improve productivity efficiency growth

There is a large demand for cloud-based services for many businesses and schools. As your organization grows, you may find that additional hardware and licensing agreements are necessary to meet the needs of your current environment. There are advantages to large public cloud providers like Google Apps or Office 365, and there are also disadvantages.

At Net56, we take a project management approach using PMI Standards to assess the needs of your organization. By working closely together, we look at your current infrastructure, then assess the present and future needs of your organization.  We take all things into consideration, including staffing, performance, scalability and, of course, cost. We create a risk assessment for each plan to make sure that what you are choosing is the right fit for your organization. Then we determine if some, or all, of your data can be moved to a cloud structure. In the end, we have developed an affordable cloud strategy that is fine-tuned to your organization’s mission, vision and goals.

Step 1 - Cloud Needs Assessment
We discuss your current technology, any issues you have and lay out what your expectations are.
Step 2 - Cloud Risk Assessment

The risk assessment is a tool developed to identify business areas that would cause the most financial loss to a company if an incident were to occur. This helps drive Cloud planning for the organization.

Step 3 - Site Visit

Net56 will complete an on-site assessment of your current hardware and software with our Solutions Engineer and Architect.

Step 4 - Cloud Selection

Based upon the needs assessment, risk assessment, and information gathered from the onsite visit, Net56 will help you choose one or more cloud options for a complete solution to your business needs – a Public, Private, or Hybrid Cloud.

Step 5 - Cloud Project Management

Net56 will provide a logical testing and roll-out plan for you based on all of your custom current applications, devices and new solutions including back-ups and filtering.

Step 6 - Implementation & Setup

We implement the roll-out plan, configure all cloud settings per your decisions and then set-up and configure all related devices.

Step 7 - Cloud Migration

We migrate old files and emails as needed into your new cloud system.

Step 8 - Cloud Management

We remotely manage user accounts, settings, configurations, and the roll-out of new features.

Step 9 - Cloud Professional Development/Training

Net56 provides group and individualized professional development/training on your new cloud services before, during and after the roll-out. Based on your preferences, we provide a complete professional development/training plan, or as-needed services – including remote 24/7 support and training
